Order Processing & Packing:
Although we aim to ship orders as soon as possible, it may take 2-3 business days for processing. During Sales Events such as Black Friday processing may take up to 10 business days.
The shipping times provided at check-out are estimates and do not include processing times. Processing days are Monday-Friday, and do not include holidays or weekends. UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight packages will have priority dispatch and are fulfilled within 24 hours.
We do not guarantee the arrival of shipments in time for holidays, birthdays, or competitions unless you select UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, FedEx 2Day or FedEx Standard Overnight.
Order Cancellation Fee & Payment Processing
Once your order has been placed and your credit or debit card payment has been processed, we incur a payment processing fee. Our payment processor does not refund this fee even if the order is cancelled and refunded. If you would like to cancel your order after the order number has been assigned and the payment has been processed, we are unable to refund the payment processing fee, so you will receive a refund minus the payment processing fee.
This policy only applies to orders that are cancelled by the customer prior to shipping, not orders that are receiving a full or partial refund due to our mistake or damage during shipment.
If you made a mistake with your shipping address or the items you purchased and would like to adjust your order before it ships we are happy to change your shipping address and/ or the products in your order. However, if you still choose to cancel your order, the payment processing fee will not be refunded.

- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days (Guaranteed in 2 business days after first scan by UPS) - estimated timeline is provided at checkout
- FedEx 2Day: 2 Business Days (Guaranteed in 2 business days after first scan by FedEx) - estimated timeline is provided at checkout
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day (Guaranteed by the end of next business day after first scan by UPS) - estimated timeline is provided at checkout
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 Business Day (Guaranteed by the end of next business day after first scan by UPS) - estimated timeline is provided at checkout
- FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 Business Day (Guaranteed by the end of next business day after first scan by FedEx) - estimated timeline is provided at checkout
Tracking your USPS domestic package:
Your tracking # will be sent to you as soon as we print the shipping label. Sometimes tracking link may take a few business days to be updated with the scan information.
International Shipping Options:
International shipping options and shipping times will depend on the country you are located. You can view all shipping options and calculated shipping rates available to your location at check-out. Please keep in mind that all international package need to undergo customs clearance and customs inspection may delay the delivery timeline.
Canada Shipping Options:
- Canada Post - Ships from USA (Customs Fees Included): Estimated shipping is 2-8 weeks. This option has the import taxes and fees pre-paid.
- Standard Shipping with Customs Fees Included: 2-8 Week Delivery. This option is only available for exchanges and has the import taxes and fees pre-paid.
- UPS Various Services: Shipping timeline will depend on service selected and destination. This option does NOT include customs fees and these will need to be paid to the carrier by the recipient.
- DHL Express: Shipping timeline will depend on the destination. This option does NOT include customs fees and these will need to be paid to the carrier by the recipient.
- FedEx Various Services: Shipping timeline will depend on service selected and destination. This option does NOT include customs fees and these will need to be paid to the carrier by the recipient.
International Shipping Options (not Canada):
- USPS - First-Class Package International: 2-8 weeks, however, delivery may take up to 120 days to some regions. This option does NOT include customs fees, which will need to be paid to the carrier by the recipient.
- UPS Worldwide Expedited: Shipping timeline will depend on service selected and destination. This option does NOT include customs fees and these will need to be paid to the carrier by the recipient.
- DHL Express: Shipping timeline will depend on the destination. This option does NOT include customs fees and these will need to be paid to the carrier by the recipient.
- FedEx Various Services: Shipping timeline will depend on the destination. This option does NOT include customs fees and these will need to be paid to the carrier by the recipient.
Important information about international orders:

Packages traveling outside USA will need to be inspected and cleared by the Customs Agency once they arrives at the destination country, which may cause some delivery delays.
- Your package may also be subject to customs, VAT, duty or clearance brokerage fees when it enters the destination country. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping. The fees are collected by the shipping carrier on behalf of the destination country's government and you should be notified of these fees (if any) by the carrier.
- We are not responsible for customs fees and potential shipping delays due to customs clearance. We are not responsible for any parcels that are returned due to unpaid customs fees and we are unable to reship the package or issue refunds in these circumstances (see section Refunds for Returned to Sender Packages).
- It is not uncommon for Customs agencies to take beyond 30 days to process some shipments, especially during high volume seasons like holidays. Neither A7 or the shipping carrier have control over the length of time it takes to clear Customs.
- International orders will not be refunded for prolonged shipping as a result of Customs processing or delivery issues. The delivery and customs processing time varies and is unavoidable.
Tracking your USPS International package:
- Your order is shipped and then picked up by USPS.
- Your package travels to a USPS Partner Facility, where all international shipments are prepped for international departure.
- The tracking may not be available or you may see gaps in scans once the package leaves the USA. This is standard and not a cause for worry. Some USPS packages may take up to 120 days to arrive.
- USPS handles package delivery up to customs at the destination country. The package will undergo customs clearance, where the taxes are calculated and imported goods are inspected and processed for entry.
- After the package clears customs, the postal service of the destination country handles final delivery. You may track your package via your country’s postal service or parcelsapp.com with your tracking number. However, tracking may not be available once the package leaves the USA for some destinations.
- When the delivery is made, the post office may request you to pay import customs fees. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and are collected by the Customs Agency at the destination country. If the fees are not paid the package may be returned to sender or discarded.
Shipping Refunds
Non-guaranteed-By-Date Services
All services other than UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight are non-guaranteed-by-date services. This means that the delivery timeline shown at check-out is an estimate and may take longer to arrive at the destination. Some international packages may be delayed due to customs clearance. If your package is taking longer than usual to arrive, please email our Customer Care Team at hello@a7.co and we will be happy to help.
We are unable to offer refunds for delayed non-guaranteed-by-date services until the carrier has investigated the incident and concluded that the package is deemed lost or damaged or unless you paid for shipping protection.
Guaranteed-By-Date Services
If you selected a guaranteed services such as UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, FedEx 2Day or FedEx Standard Overnight and your package was not delivered within the provided timeframe, please email our Customer Care Team at hello@a7.co and we will be happy to work with you and the carrier to issue a refund.
Please keep in mind that UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight are business day services and may not offer weekend deliveries, so if your package was shipped on Friday, it will be delivered the following business day, Monday. We do not currently offer shipping refunds for any other non-guaranteed services when the shipping timeline is extended.
Inclement Weather Delays
We can not guarantee shipments by a certain date during inclement or severe weather as airports and roads may be closed during this time. We will not be able to offer refunds for shipping if your package is delayed due to severe weather.
Missing Package/ Shipping Protection:
Your order marked as delivered but you can not find it? Please make sure to report any missing packages within 2 weeks of delivery confirmation. We will do our best to locate your package. Please make sure to check the shipping address and make sure the package was not received by one of your neighbors or house mates. If your package is still missing please contact us via hello@a7.co.
We offer a shipping protection service which is shown on the checkout page. This service protects the contents of your A7 order if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.
If you paid for shipping protection, we will send a replacement package in the following cases:
- Tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the order to the provided shipping address. Please allow up to an additional 5 business days for your order to be delivered.
- Tracking has not updated in 7 business days for domestic packages (USA).
- Tracking has not updated in 30 days for international packages with standard shipping service (USPS).
- Tracking has not updated in 10 business days for international packages with UPS, FedEx or DHL service.
If you did not pay for shipping protection for your order, please contact us via email at hello@a7.co, we will do our best to resolve the shipping issues and contact the carrier on your behalf. However, we are unable to ship a replacement or offer refunds until the carrier investigation is closed and the package is deemed lost or damaged by the carrier. We are unable to offer refunds for stolen packages if the carrier confirmed the delivery of the package after the investigation concluded.
Refunds on Returned to Sender Packages
Returns to Sender & Refused Packages for International Shipments
We do not cover customs, VAT, duty or clearance brokerage fees for any shipments outside USA unless specified in your shipping selection. Your shipping service selection will specify if the Customs Fees are included (ex. "Fees Included" or "Customs Fees NOT Included"). Some countries may not require you to pay customs fees. These fees are collected by the shipping carrier on behalf of the destination country's government and you should be notified of these fees (if any) by the carrier.
If your international package was refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs, VAT, duty or clearance brokerage fees or incorrect address, we are unable to reship the package or issue refunds for the order due to high cost of return international shipping and additional customs fees (fees exceed the order value in most cases). In these cases the carrier will destroy the goods and we will be unable to offer replacement or issue refunds.
Returns to Sender & Refused Packages for Domestic (USA) Shipments
If your domestic (USA) package was returned to sender due to the wrong address please email us at hello@a7.co and we will assist you in reshipping your package. Please keep in mind that the delivery timeline will be extended and you may incur additional shipping costs for your order to be reshipped. If your package was returned to sender due to wrong address or refusal and you would like a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

What should I do if my USPS domestic package stopped moving in the tracking process?
If your USPS domestic tracking has ceased to show movement on the package and delivery has exceeded the expected delivery date by 7 business days please email us at hello@a7.co and we will do our best to help.
What should I do if my USPS international package stopped moving in the tracking process?
International deliveries typically take 2-8 weeks to most countries. However, it is not uncommon for packages to take up to 120 days to be delivered. Tracking is usually not available once the package leaves the USA. If your USPS international tracking has ceased to show movement on the package, your package is likely in transit to the destination and may not be updated with tracking scans in the delivery process. If 90 days have passed since the shipping date and the package has not arrived yet, please email us at hello@a7.co and we will do our best to help.
What should I do if my package was returned to sender?
There could be several reasons why your package was returned to sender. Please review section "Refunds on Returned to Sender Packages". You may contact our Customer Care Team at hello@a7.co and we will do our best to assist.
The tracking shows my package was delivered, but I can not locate it. What should I do?
If your package was shipped via USPS, your package may still be in the delivery process. Please allow for up to 48 hours for your package to be delivered as occasionally packages are marked as delivered by mistake. If after 48 hours your package can not be located, please call USPS Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777 or email our Customer Service Team at hello@a7.co.
If your package was shipped via any other carrier than USPS and you are unable to locate it, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@a7.co ASAP and we will be happy to help.
Do you ship to my country from the USA?
If you are located outside the US, please check if the product you are looking for is available at one of our distribution partners closest to you.
If the product you are looking for is not available at one of the distribution partners or if there is no distribution partner in your region you are more than welcome to purchase from A7 HQ. I am in a rush. Which service should I select?
The shipping speed will depend on the service you select. If you are in the USA and you need your package to arrive the next business day, please select UPS Next Day Air, or FedEx Standard Overnight which is a guaranteed time-definite service. Please keep in mind that the carrier may not offer weekend deliveries, so if your package was shipped on Friday, it will be delivered the following business day, Monday.
