Hourglass Knee Support Sleeves for squats feature an all new Patent Pending design with an hourglass-shaped center taper fit to help provide center knee compression while maintaining proper tightness around the calf and quad. The IPF has revoked their approval of the Rigor Mortis knee sleeve as of April 7th 2025. 
We are actively working to receive a response from the IPF as the IPF have reviewed and approved the Rigor Mortis knee sleeves for competition in October 2022 between the periods of 2023 through 2026.
