        Honestly I notice the help from this shirt on squats more then bench. But that’s becauE I use a fat pad. On the fat pad it almost is too much. So if u use a nice bench then it might not help as much. But for squats it made the bar glued to my back. Love it. Will buy another! The stiff wrist zebra wraps are also very well made.
