Early Access

Early Access will be granted to email subscribers only. The Early Access password to the Black Friday Sale and Drop will be shared with all subscribers via email newsletter that will be sent on Tuesday, November 23rd at 09:59 PM MST. Any late subscribers signed up after 9:00 PM MST may not receive the email password in time as the system needs time to update.

Packing & Shipping Timeline

Due to the volume of orders during Black Friday, it may take up to 10 business days (2 weeks) for your order to be picked up by the shipping courier. We will, of course, do our best to get your A7 order out the door as soon as possible.

The shipping timeline will depend on the shipping method you select. Some shipping couriers may experience delays due to COVID and holidays.

If you have a time-sensitive order, please select the Priority service. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 10 business days (2 weeks) for your order to be picked up. Packing times (the time it takes for our Warehouse Team to pack your order) are NOT the same as shipping timeline (the time it takes for the shipping courier to deliver to you [the timeline listed at checkout]).

I ordered before Black Friday, Can I get a discount on my order?

We can not provide discounts on any orders placed before or after the sale. This would be unfair to everyone else who waited for the sale, risking that the product they want may go out of stock.

A product I want is not in stock on a7canada.com, but is available on another dealer's website, can you extend my discount to the distributor site?

All of our distribution partners have separate websites and the sales will be different in each region. We can not extend discounts or product availability to other distributors. Please monitor your regional A7 dealer for sale details and availability.

A product I want is not in stock at my regional dealer, but is available at a7.co, can I get a discount on shipping?

We do not currently offer any discounts on shipping. Most of our products are limited-time and we can not guarantee them to be in stock once they sell out. We recommend you subscribe to the local distributor's email newsletter and follow them on social media to ensure you can be the first one to know when new items are released.

A product I want is not in stock, can I reserve my discount for future when this product is available?

Unfortunately, we are not able to reserve discounts as this would be unfair to all of our other customers who shop during the sale. Additionally, many of our products are limited-time and we can not guarantee that they will be restocked.

Are my items reserved in my cart?

Adding the products to cart does not reserve them until the purchase is made. 

I have not received an order confirmation, but the money has been taken from my bank account

If your order was completed and paid for, you should receive an email confirmation with the order number and details of your order. Sometimes order confirmation emails may go to spam, so be sure to check there.

If you have not received an order confirmation email within 48 hours of placing the order, please make sure that you entered a correct email address when placing the order. If you entered the correct email, please check with your bank or credit card company to see if the payment has gone through. Usually when a payment is attempted and is UNsuccessful, the bank temporarily puts a hold on the funds, called "Credit Card Authorization Hold". The hold is usually released within a few days when the bank verifies that the transaction did not complete.

I entered wrong email on my order

If you've been redirected to the order confirmation screen, we have received your order. Please take a screenshot of the order confirmation screen and email us with the image and the correct email address.

I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?

We will do our best to make adjustments to your order, however, we CAN NOT guarantee it due to high volume of orders and high-pace of our Warehouse Team. Please make sure to double-check your order information when you are placing your order.

I placed multiple orders, can you combine them?

If you email us, we will do our best to combine your orders, however, we CAN NOT guarantee it due to high volume of orders and high-pace of our Warehouse Team.

Can I return or exchange products purchased on sale?

We do not currently offer exchanges. However, you can return any products purchased with less than 15% discount for refund or gift card. Please make sure the products are unworn, unused and are in the original packaging and condition. You can request a return via our Return Portal

Have you received my return?

We process all returns ONLY once a week on Thursdays. If your order was received at our Warehouse on Friday, we will process your return the next Thursday.
